By accessing this website and purchasing coaching services from Peak City Strength, you agree to the following terms:
1. Coaching Services
Peak City Strength provides personalized strength training, conditioning programs, accountability coaching, and general nutrition support. Services are not medical, physical therapy, or licensed nutritionist services unless explicitly stated.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• Ensing they are medically cleared for exercise
• Performing movements safely
• Reporting injuries or limitations
• Following instructions within their ability
• Communicating concerns promptly
You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and assume all risk.
3. Payments and Billing
All coaching services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.
Payments are non-refundable once coaching services, programming, or consultations have been delivered.
Failure to complete sessions within the billing cycle does not create credits unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel with 7 days notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Late cancellations may result in one final billing cycle.
Peak City Strength reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time.
5. Scheduling
Scheduled coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
6. Results Disclaimer
Peak City Strength does not guarantee specific fitness, strength, weight loss, or performance outcomes. Results depend on client consistency and adherence.
7. Intellectual Property
All programs, documents, videos, and materials are the property of Peak City Strength and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Programs are licensed for individual client use only.
8. Technology & Data
Peak City Strength may utilize training apps, wearable integrations, and performance tracking platforms.
Clients acknowledge that third-party platforms may store performance data.
9. Limitation of Liability
Peak City Strength is not liable for:
• Injuries during training
• Equipment misuse
• Nutrition or supplement reactions
• Health complications
• Loss of data from third-party apps
Clients assume all risks associated with participation.
10. Agreement
